Do it scared

I’m laying on a pool lounge chair at a 5 star spa in the mountains of Utah.
 
Will and I just took a yoga class with glass windows surrounding the entire room. The sun is shining through and the fall foliage is inviting and bright.
 
Now we’re putting our feet up after using the eucalyptus infused steam room and indulging in brunch.
 
I can’t believe how good this feels. I look over at Will, he’s reading a personal development book on creating your life through meditation.
 
I chose to read a fiction novel about a girls weekend on Nantucket (Five Star Weekend, have you read it?).
 
I feel so at peace. It’s the ultimate pinch me moment.
 
And it’s not because we’re having a spa day (sure it can help temporarily).
 
But the more you ignore your heart the more you break confidence with yourself. 
 
So yes you can keep saying I’m not sure what I want OR you can stop shutting yourself down!
 
I get it, it’s literally all I used to do.
 
I want to quit my job. I want to make six figures. I want to start a business and have time freedom. I want to fall in love with a conscious man. I want to go on this trip. I want to invest in this program. I want to live out west.

All my desires followed by… are you sure?
 
But then when I found coaching, I found my ability to love myself enough to not listen to the crazy brain and actaully move towards the things I want. 
 
Because I was SCARED of everything.
 
Now? I realize the scariest thing of all is not knowing what is possible outside of the brains crazy limitations.
 
It’s NOT taking the leap. 
 
Because we don’t get what we want.
 
We get what we expect and how we move towards it.
 
So what are you expecting right now? What do you expect your life to be like? What do you expect your relationships to be like? How much money do you expect to make?
 
What opens up for you when you MOVE with possibility.
